Whenever possible, our goal is to save a tree’s story for generations—turning urban logs into heirloom tables, cabinets, and one-of-a-kind pieces. That means our firewood doesn’t come from “good lumber.” Only logs that can’t be milled (due to defects, size, or other issues) and offcuts from the milling process become Bourbon Bigfoot firewood. It’s the last chapter for material that still deserves to be used well.
